Welcome to Paulette Simone & Associates (PS&A), where our journey is centered around fostering mental, physical, and spiritual balance. I am Dr. Paulette S. Smith, MS, LCSW-C, and I've dedicated over a decade to specializing in adolescent and family wellness. Founded in 2019, PS&A is a Maryland-based mental health counseling company that serves youth, adults, and families striving for stability and well-being in their daily lives.
At PS&A, evidence-based practices and holistic therapy support health and healing. We believe in everyone's innate power to heal and find balance within themselves. In addition to our counseling services, we provide consultations and supervision for Licensed Social Workers and Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapists, fostering professional growth and excellence in practice.
